St Bartholomew the Great‘s rector Martin Dudley describes the recent filming of Richard II at the church as “amazing”. The stars were Jeremy Irons and Patrick Stewart.
Scenes for Snow White and the Huntsman are being filmed at the end of August.
St Bartholomew’s Day, 24 August, is being kept on the following Sunday 28 August.
This Sunday 24 July is the last to have a 10am Family Eucharist at nearby St Batholomew the Less. It will resume after the holidays on Sunday 25 September.
